FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place a custom order, click "Order Inquiry Form" and you will be redirected to the order form. This form can be used for cookies, cakes and cupcakes. Once we receive your request, we will let you know if we have the date available and send a quote for your order. If you do not see the Inquiry form tab in the menu, that means we are currently booked and not accepting orders at that time.

HOW SOON DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?
We typically open our calendar up 3 months at a time and tend to book quickly. We prefer at least 2 weeks notice to book a custom order. If an order is placed within one week of the event and we are able to take the order, a 25% rush fee will be added to the total.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We do not allow refunds since we often order custom cutters and other items specific to your design once your order is confirmed. You may reschedule your order for another date, depending on availability. Thank you for supporting our small business!Â
* a note for pre-sales: any holiday cookies not picked up within 24 hours after pickup time has ended will be forfeited unless you have made prior arrangements.
I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
Unfortunately, I do not offer gluten free items at this time. Some items are made with almond products but I can leave them out if you have nut allergies. Please make a note of this on your order form. I bake out of a kitchen that processes gluten, wheat, nut and dairy products.
YOU ARE BOOKED ON MY EVENT DATE. WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Let's look at another date! My cookies freeze really well! To freeze your cookies, place them in a freezer bag or freezer safe container. It's best to stand them on their sides if possible but they can be gently stacked in single layers if needed.Â
I prefer to bag them and then put them inside a container to protect from accidental crushing!  If your cookies are bagged and packaged in a box, you can place that directly in the freezer.Â
When ready to use, thaw in the container and bags at ROOM TEMPERATURE for several hours. DO NOT open the container or bag until they are completely thawed. Never thaw in the refrigerator. Condensation can ruin the icing.
DO YOU TEACH CLASSES?
I do! I am available for group parties or one on one lessons. Feel free to message me for more info.
